Seven towns, one price list

Areas we cover

Greenhithe, Stone, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend. The prices are identical in all seven, there's no call-out fee, and travel is included.

Which towns do you clean in?

Seven of them, all in North Kent: Greenhithe, Stone, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend. There's no shop and no walk-in office anywhere on that list, because we come to you. If your postcode sits just outside it, ask on the quote form and you'll get a straight yes or no.

Greenhithe

Greenhithe is where this business is based, and where the DA9 postcode district starts. The Ingress Park development on the riverside is heading for around 1,500 homes at build-out, so a large share of the town is flats and newer houses. The station, Greenhithe for Bluewater, sits on the North Kent line, and the town had a population of around 6,567 at the 2011 census.

Stone

Stone shares the DA9 postcode with Greenhithe, and Bluewater sits inside Stone parish, so a Stone address can mean a quiet residential street or the edge of a shopping centre. That mix is why the ladder here has to stretch from a two hour fortnightly visit at £38 to a five bedroom deep clean at £320. The postcode on the form settles which side of the boundary you're on.

Swanscombe

Swanscombe sits in the same civil parish as Greenhithe, and the two together had a population of around 14,128 at the 2011 census. It's one of three towns with its own end of tenancy cleaning page, so the move out ladder from £130 to £370 and the deposit rules under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 are set out there in full.

Ebbsfleet

Ebbsfleet Garden City had more than 3,500 homes complete as reported in March 2024, and building continues toward up to 15,000 homes by 2035. The estates have names worth using: Castle Hill, Springhead Park, Ashmere, Alkerden and Whitecliffe. New build handovers and after builders cleaning start at £150, and Ebbsfleet International makes a changeover at £50 a turnover a real local job.

Dartford

Dartford is the easiest town on this list to check our prices against, because published local averages exist for it. Checkatrade puts the Dartford average at £150 for a domestic clean and £252 for a deep clean. Ours are £19 an hour and £110 to £320 by property size. Dartford has its own end of tenancy cleaning page too.

Northfleet

Northfleet is covered at exactly the same prices as everywhere else on this list, with no call-out fee and travel included. We hold less published local detail for Northfleet than for the towns on either side of it, and we'll add it as we work here. The ladder, the checklist and the guarantee are identical either way.

Gravesend

Gravesend is the largest town we cover, with a population of around 110,700 in 2024. The Fastrack bus corridor links Greenhithe, Bluewater, Ebbsfleet and Gravesend, which is the spine of the area we work. Gravesend has its own end of tenancy cleaning page, and the same £19 an hour applies here as it does in Greenhithe.

Do prices change from town to town?

No. Regular cleaning is £19 an hour in all seven towns, an end of tenancy clean runs £130 to £370 by size in all seven, and there's no call-out fee or travel charge in any of them. Being at the far end of the area never moves a quote. What moves it is size, condition and which extras you want.

The reason is simple. Charging one street more than the next means keeping two price lists, and a business that publishes its prices can't quietly do that.

Not sure whether you're inside the area?

Check it here in a second, or send it on the quote form. If you're outside the seven towns we'll say so plainly rather than quoting a price we can't honour. We answer every single enquiry, including the ones where the answer turns out to be no.

We cover DA1, DA2, DA9, DA10, DA11 and DA12, plus the streets adjoining them. This check runs in your browser, so nothing you type here is sent anywhere.
