What happens when you send this form?

You pay after the visit. Every written quote includes our insurance certificate and DBS details before you pay anything, so you can read both while you're still deciding.
To price it properly we need your postcode, the size of the property, which service you want, roughly what condition the place is in, and whether you'd like any add-ons, such as the inside of the windows at £30 on a home or deep clean, or the fridge at £15. Inside windows are already in the end of tenancy price.

Which areas do you cover?
Seven towns, all at the same prices and with no call-out fee: Greenhithe, Stone, Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend. There's no shop and no walk-in office, because we come to you. If your postcode sits just outside that list, send the form anyway and you'll get a straight answer.
What happens after you send the form?
Three steps, in this order. We check the postcode, we price the job against the published ladder, and then you decide. Nothing is booked until you say so, and the room-by-room checklist is agreed before anyone arrives, so you know exactly what the visit covers and what the 48-hour guarantee is measured against.
We read it and check your postcode is inside the area we cover. If it isn't, we'll tell you straight away rather than leaving you waiting.
We send back a price, worked out against the published ladder, along with any question we need answered to be sure of the figure.
You decide. If you go ahead, we agree the room-by-room checklist and a date before anyone turns up.
