Where do the photographs on this site come from?
All of them come from Wikimedia Commons, and each one is listed below with its author, its licence and a link to the original file page. Nothing is hotlinked. Every file is downloaded, processed and served from this site, and every one is credited here whether the licence asks for it or not.
None of these photographs shows work done by Chalkdown Cleaning. They're illustrative interiors, they carry neutral alt text, and they're never captioned as our own jobs. There are no before and after photographs here, because we've no jobs to photograph yet.
Which images are used, and under what licence?
The table below is the full ledger, one row per photograph, built from the same manifest the site uses to build the image files. If a photograph appears anywhere on this site, it has a row here. If it has no row here, it isn't on the site, and that's the check we run before publishing anything.
How do I report an attribution mistake?
Send it through the quote form and tell us what's wrong. If we've credited the wrong author, named the wrong licence or used a file we shouldn't have, we'll correct it or take it down. There's no phone number or email address on this site yet, so the form is the way to reach us.
