All of it. Regular domestic cleaning is £19 an hour with a two hour minimum visit, one-off deep cleans start at £110 for a studio, and end of tenancy cleans start at £130 for a studio with the oven inside that price. What is different about cleaning a home in Greenhithe?
Two things, and you'll already know both. North Kent sits on chalk, so the water is hard and limescale settles on taps, shower screens and inside kettles and ovens. And a lot of the housing here is new: Ingress Park is a riverside development of around 1,500 homes at build-out, so the stock runs modern and glassy rather than old and forgiving.
A riverside flat is quick to clean and hard to keep looking clean, because chrome, glass and gloss hold on to every water mark. So taps and shower screens get their own lines on our room-by-room checklist instead of vanishing into a general bathroom wipe. A screen that comes up clear all the way down is a genuinely good moment, and the hard water guide sets out what shifts the scale if you'd rather do it yourself.
Plenty of people here are on a train before the day gets going. Greenhithe for Bluewater sits on the North Kent line and the Fastrack corridor runs from Greenhithe through Bluewater and Ebbsfleet to Gravesend, so if you're out when we arrive that suits us perfectly well. Tell us on the quote form how we get in and what matters most to you, and we'll work from the checklist.
On price, the 2026 Bark listing for Greenhithe puts local cleaning rates at £17 to £23 an hour. Ours is £19, and it's on this page so you can work your own number out before you ever speak to us.

Do you really cover Greenhithe?
Yes, it's our home town. We're a mobile service, so there's no shop to walk into: we come to your address and clean it. Greenhithe, Stone and Bluewater all sit inside DA9, and those streets run on the same price list as Swanscombe, Ebbsfleet, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend. No area pays a travel premium and none pays a call-out fee.
What else do people ask before booking?
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Products and equipment are inside every price on this page, so nothing gets added to the bill afterwards. If you'd rather we used eco products in your home, say so on the quote form and we'll bring those instead.
Is there a minimum booking in Greenhithe?
Hourly work has a two hour minimum visit, so the smallest regular clean we book comes to £38. Fixed price jobs have no minimum beyond the job itself. A studio end of tenancy clean is £130 and a single oven is £55, even if the oven is the only thing you want doing.
What happens if something gets missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas free, at the earliest time you can give us access. Those 48 hours are simply how long you have to say something. Four things sit outside it: pre-existing damage, permanent staining, mould, and anywhere we couldn't get to.
Which other towns do you cover?
Greenhithe shares its postcode with Stone, where Bluewater sits, and its civil parish with Swanscombe. We also work along the corridor in Ebbsfleet Garden City, Dartford, Northfleet and Gravesend.
